Shipping & Returns
All items ship withing 1-2 business days. Linen sets that are customized (example 44” or Full with 48” sheets) may take an extra 2-3 days. We will do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible.
We offer shipping within the continental US excluding Alaska and Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, military bases/APO/DPO/FPO addresses and Canada.
Flat rate of $15 per order
Orders over $400 qualify for free shipping. (Note. If returned you will be subject to pay the original shipping charges and it will be deducted from your return.)
Returns and exchanges
No returns or exchanges on custom or special orders (custom items are noted when they are selected ).
All Sale items are “final sale” and can’t be returned
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Please contact us to return or exchange your items within 7 days of the delivery date. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
The following conditions must be met in order to be returned:
Items must be unopened in brand new condition with all original packaging as received. It must be unused and unwashed.
Please do not unfold Linen sets. We do not except returns on items that have been unfolded.
Please make sure to package your return properly to prevent damage.
Upon receipt of your return, items will be inspected. Restocking fees may apply if items were opened and unfolded. Credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping the original shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
Damaged items or missing items must be reported withing 3 days of receipt to ensure our team can correct the issue. Contact email@example.com
Website stock is updated constantly, and we expect it to be accurate most of the time. If an “In stock” items turns out to be out-of-stock, for whatever reason, we will notify you via email to let you know.
